About the MARS Planetarium.

The MARS Planetarium came about as an effort to be able to offer interactive and meaningful science learning opportunities to everyone, especially schools who lacked the resources to conduct expensive and stressful off-site field trips. Throughout my career I’ve worked in planetariums large and small, from rural Maine to the middle of Orange County, and I know the struggles that teachers go through to provide their students with the best education they can. There is nothing I love more than getting people excited about the universe we live in, and to that end I have decided not to let anything stand in the way of sharing that with my community.

This planetarium will bring together passion, science, and technology to immerse people in the universe in a way they never have before.

As of 2024, the MARS Planetarium owns just one small dome, but we move forward with the vision of expanding to serve more schools, engage with more students, and bring the newest and most exciting discoveries to as many people as possible.

Starting a company from the ground up is not a simple task, so I would be remiss not to thank the friends and family who have supported and encouraged me to pursue what I think is a worthwhile goal. I owe a special and immense thank you to Ryan Marciniak, his family, and his staff at Astronomy In Action. Ryan has been operating mobile planetariums in the greater Toronto area for years, and only through his advice, support, and belief in me am I able to pursue this. No one has a bigger heart or more dedication to bringing the Universe down to Earth.

And to all our new customers who I hope to get to know more and more going forward, your support means everything.

THANK YOU!
